Return Policy

We are happy to refund the original purchase price of any new, non-worn merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase at shopkidsteps.com. Final Sale items cannot be returned.

  • All socks are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • No price matches.
  • Please note that all costs associated with returns are at the responsibility of the customer unless an online order arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case shipping costs will be covered.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded with your return.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of ship date. 
  • All returns must be packed with the shoe box in the original polybag or carton, or must be packed in a suitable carton that fits the returned shoes. The return must contain only the shoes that are being returned.  Following these guidelines will ensure there are no delays in your refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be delivered and processed.
  • Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement back onto your original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.
  • We reserve the right to change our return policy at any time.

We do not provide return slips. Please obtain a tracking number with mailed returns as we cannot verify a return without it.  Please return via mail delivery to our address below.

Exchanges

Online purchases can only be exchanged at our store locations. Otherwise an exchange cannot be performed. Please make a new order online and return the items per the Return instructions above.
