Within 30 days of ship date, you can return unwanted items in store to our store locations in Willow Grove Park Mall and King of Prussia Plaza. These are the only locations that can accept online returns from shopkidsteps.com. You must bring the shoes in their original condition, in their original box and with the packing slip. Your refund will be processed online. If you would like a different size or shoe, please purchase in store.
